If your opponent activates a monster effect while you control an “Apex Beast”: Negate that activation, and if you do, you can immediately Special Summon 1 “Apex Beast” from your Extra Deck, then equip 1 “Apex Tamer” from your hand or GY to it.
You can only activate 1 “Apex Arena Counterplay” per turn.
