Once per turn, if you activate a Spell Card: You can target 1 "Hanabi" monster in your GY; add it to your hand. If a "Hanabi" monster is Special Summoned: You can draw 1 card, then discard 1 card. You can only activate 1 "Hanabi Festival Grounds" per turn.
